Prints will be shipped worldwide from the UK or Germany depending on your location.
Shipping typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties.
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or hard-backed envelope to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days.

COVID-19 Delays
There may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive due to disruptions caused by the current pandemic situation, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible. In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact us at contact@printeditions.gallery and we will look into this further for you.
Exchanges & Returns:
Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.
The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.
Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to contact@printeditions.gallery and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.
Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:
All prints are limited editions and exclusively available on Print Editions. Gallery. You can see detailed information of the edition numbers on the product pages. Once a print sells out, they will never be available again.
Each print comes with a unique Certificate of Authenticity.
It provides the name of the image, the edition number, artists' signature, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication stamp that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
Framing
The prints are supplied unframed but please do not hesitate to contact us for advice on framing. We can provide information on the artist’s recommended framing options and details to consider when approaching your local professional framer.
